1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MedPulse (“the Platform”, at medpulseiq.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Educational purpose — not medical advice

MedPulse is a community and study resource for medical and paramedical learners. All content is provided for education only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgement. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Never rely on the Platform for an emergency.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction. Keep your login secure and do not impersonate others.

4. Community conduct

• Be respectful; no harassment, hate speech, or spam.
• Do not post patient-identifiable information; keep clinical examples de-identified.
• Do not upload copyrighted material you don’t have the right to share.
• Do not post harmful, misleading, or dangerous medical claims.
• We may moderate, edit, or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant MedPulse a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it within the Platform. You are responsible for your contributions.

All other content on the Platform — including our questions, answers, explanations, concept library, interactive lessons, tips and their selection and arrangement — is owned by MedPulse (or its licensors) and protected by copyright and database rights, and is provided for your personal, individual study only. You may not copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, republish, redistribute or sell it, nor use it to build or train a competing product, dataset or model. Automated or bulk access and bulk downloading are prohibited. We monitor for misuse and pursue infringement to the fullest extent available.

6. Mentorship & Books & Notes

MedPulse provides a notice board and introductions only. We do not verify mentors or members, and we are not a party to any interaction, payment, or delivery between users. Interact for study purposes, stay safe, verify independently, and never send money in advance. Any transaction is entirely at your own risk.

7. Third-party links

The Platform links to third parties, including BluePen Online. We are not responsible for their content or services.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, MedPulse is not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of the Platform, its content, or interactions between users.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
