Alright, take a deep breath. Let’s start by looking at the overall shape at low power. You’re seeing a patch of eosinophilic tissue, which could suggest connective or muscular tissue. Don’t rush to name it just yet. The key here is the tunica media, which should be quite prominent, but remember, this image doesn’t clearly show elastic lamellae. Students often jump to conclusions without seeing the full structure, so avoid that. Focus on identifying the tissue type first. This will guide you in recognising it as a large artery, even if you can’t specify whether it’s elastic or muscular from this image alone.
