Before you name anything
Take a deep breath and let's start at low power. Look for the overall architecture first. Do you see those round or oval structures? Those are the seminiferous tubules. Notice how they have a layered appearance. This is your key feature. Now, students often rush to high power and get lost in the details, but focus on the big picture first. The stratified germinal epithelium lining the tubules is what tells you this is testis. Once you have that, you can look closer for specific cells, but don't panic if you can't name every one. The main thing is recognising the tubules and their lining.
