MEN1 links parathyroid, pituitary and pancreatic or duodenal NETs. MEN2 is RET-related with medullary thyroid carcinoma and PPGL, plus hyperparathyroidism in MEN2A or mucosal neuromas in MEN2B. VHL, NF1, Carney complex and CDC73 patterns also matter.
