Let's start by taking a deep breath and looking at the whole picture. At low power, focus on the overall architecture. Notice the distinct layers: an outer cortex and a central medulla. This is your adrenal gland. The cortex is organised into zones, but not all are clearly visible here. What you can see is enough to identify it. Students often rush to high power and get lost in details. Avoid that by confirming the layered structure first. The key is recognising the cortex. Once you have that, you can narrow down the zones if they are visible. Remember, the medulla with its chromaffin cells is central, and that’s your anchor point. Stay calm, and you'll do well.
