In real life
In a stone‑crushing unit, workers cut stone without water sprays or masks, breathing clouds of dust. Years later, many develop breathlessness and silicosis; several also get TB. A simple engineering change (wet cutting and dust extraction) would have prevented most of this. Giving masks alone, which workers find hot and often remove, isn't enough.
