In real life
A trial finds that a new iron syrup raises Hb by 0.4 g/dL more than the old one, with p = 0.03. Does that mean there's a 3% chance the result is wrong? No! It means: if the two syrups were truly identical, a difference this large or larger would turn up about 3% of the time. Whether 0.4 g/dL matters to children's health is a separate, clinical question.
