In real life
A grandmother insists on giving the newborn honey and water "for good luck", and believes the first yellow milk (colostrum) is dirty. The ASHA gently explains that colostrum is the baby's first vaccine, full of antibodies, and that the baby needs nothing but breast milk for 6 months. The family agrees, and the baby thrives.
