ALL is a precursor B- or T-lineage neoplasm. It causes marrow failure, bone pain, lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, and sometimes a mediastinal mass in T-ALL. It needs flow confirmation, genetic testing including BCR::ABL1, CNS assessment and risk/MRD-adapted multi-phase therapy.
