CT (thin‑section, multiplanar, 3D volume rendering) = IOC; radiographs (occipitomental/Waters, submentovertex "jug‑handle" for the zygomatic arch, OPG for the mandible) are screening tools. MRI for optic nerve, extraocular muscle and facial nerve injury; CTA for vascular injury.
